What’s in the Nourish your Selfie program?
Initial 1-on-1 Nutrition Consultation
You will have an online initial consultation with Jess, your nutritionist. We will discuss your health history, current concerns, your goals and your suitability to this program. During your consultation, I may also recommend nutritional supplements to support you as you progress through the program.
The Weight Loss Program
Each week Jess will host a live virtual information session on the weeks topic. Each topic adds to the next, slowly guiding you towards a healthier relationship with food. You will have the opportunity to ask questions about the weeks topic during the live session too. Then during the week you will implement what you have learned at your own pace.

Private Facebook Group
Lifetime membership to the Nourish your Selfie private facebook group. Your own personal support network as you progress and maintain. Ask questions, seek help, boost others up, share your story, discuss how you’re adjusting to being on the program. This is your own private group for you to communicate with other NYS members in a safe space.
This is not – a quick, slick weight loss scheme.
You will not be provided with a harsh, restrictive diet and militant exercise regimes.
You will not feel like you are deprived of anything that tastes delicious, only to binge later on.
You will be supported by Jess working towards your own weight loss. You are in the drivers seat and will be in charge of your own health. Each week you will be armed with the tools you need to succeed and continue to meet your goal.
There will be set backs, but our private facebook group will be there to support you and lift you up when you need it most.
